What to bring

  • Sleeping bag

  • Pillow

  • Togs

  • Clothes (outdoor friendly too)

  • Active wear (yoga offered in the morning by Aimee)

  • A good attitude

  • Key policy change for the sector 

We will do our best to cater to plant-based, dairy-free, and vegan dietary requirements. If you are someone that has specific dietary requirements, please be responsible for this.

Travel subsidies

The FFNZ Board is introducing a $100 subsidy on flights for those flying from the North Island, and will subsidise fuel costs that exceed $20/passenger with 3 or more people in the car (including the driver).

Carpooling is strongly recommended and can be organised in the Signal chat. There are quite a few FFNZ members that will be travelling from Christchurch in particular.

Friday 19th April
5pm: Fresh link Visit (tour and story ~ local grocery going up against the supermarkets)
6pm: Dinner and tour at B Social Brewery (members pay for own dinner)
Staying at Lake Hāwea Station

Saturday 20th April
10am: Start
Up-skilling sessions, guest speakers, activities on farm + more!
BBQ Dinner (kai provided) and fire-side yarns

Sunday 21st April
AM: Yoga with Aimee/
1pm: Finish
