You are invited to join us at the Primary Industry connection day on the 27th of June! A day for young fishers, foresters, farmers and rural professionals to learn, discover, network, and connect. This event will precede the Big Ball on the 29th of June.

You are welcome to join us for the whole day or just the portion(s) / that you can attend. The day will compromise 2 x field trip visits to local agri-food businesses; Leaft foods and New Zealand Merino.

In the evening there will be a networking event out at Lincoln University for members of the Future Farmers Aotearoa, The Food & Fibre Youth Network, Young Fish, Future Foresters, Pendarves Young Farmers and other Young farming groups. Each of the groups will do a presentation, followed by a panel, networking and kai. Starting location and final timings will be confirmed and communicated in the weeks leading up to the event. It will be up to group members to organise transportation and car pooling is strongly encouraged.
